Contact supportNo. Wavaily runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. You create your account and, once we approve it, you set up your calendar and booking portal. During the beta we review every sign-up by hand.
Yes. They can book as guests, without creating an account: they just fill in their details in the booking form. You decide which services and times your portal shows.
Yes. If you connect Google Calendar, your Wavaily appointments appear there automatically (Clínica and Centro plans). You can also use your calendar link to see your schedule in Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar. For now the sync works one way: what you add to those calendars doesn't block your Wavaily schedule.
Yes. Data encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the European Union (Ireland), a data-processing agreement, an access log for clinical records and a data export whenever you need it.
The account owner downloads a ZIP of standard CSV files — patients, appointments, clinical notes, diagnoses, invoices and more — and closes the account. No penalties, no lock-in and no awkward questions.
